Papercups

Papercups is an open source live customer support tool web app written in Elixir. They offer a hosted version at app.papercups.io. The platform provides several customer support features including the ability to reply from email, reply from SMS via Twilio conversations, and a fully customizable chat widget that can be effortlessly embedded on your website. Papercups includes Gmail integration, GitHub integration, Markdown and emoji support, team invitation, conversation management, private notes, and saved replies.
