LevelEleven is a Performance Management Suite for leaders of customer-facing teams to motivate, engage, and coach around key behaviors that drive results. Built on Salesforce, the platform provides managers with consistent coaching tools, documentation of individual sessions, action item assignment, and real-time visibility within the CRM. The platform supports seven different types of coaching including one-on-ones, onboarding for new reps, peer coaching, ride-alongs, call coaching, deal coaching, and pipeline management coaching. LevelEleven snapshots and stores reps' KPIs for objective coaching sessions and provides managers with structured approaches using both objective and subjective criteria. The platform is accessible on Salesforce desktop, mobile, and Lightning.
