What is Telnyx Messaging?
Telnyx enables inbound and outbound WhatsApp calls and messages to 2 billion users through the same Telnyx number. Your Telnyx number can be used for both SMS/MMS and WhatsApp simultaneously. Users can reply with free-form messages during the 24-hour customer conversation window. To set up WhatsApp messaging, log in to the Telnyx Mission Control Portal and open the WhatsApp signup flow, complete Meta business registration and verify your number with the one-time code, then link your WhatsApp Business Account and configure phone numbers for WhatsApp messaging.
