Memberful
Memberful is a membership and subscription platform that manages subscriptions within its own platform and passes payments through to Stripe. Members can manage their subscriptions, and the platform handles payment retries and subscription deactivation.
What is Memberful?
Memberful offers three pricing tiers (Free, Pro, Premium) with varying transaction fees. After the first payment failure, the platform retries payment up to 4 times with 12 hours between retries. If unable to charge after 48 hours, the subscription is deactivated. Large groups can request external payment options like wire transfers or paper cheques.
