The platform extracts data from CRM systems, product feeds, and customer behavior to automatically generate personalized email content from a single HTML tag. Powered by machine learning, Predictive Recommendations automatically surfaces products resonating with similar audiences in real time. Content in emails updates automatically based on product feeds or CRM data without manual intervention, personalized based on explicit data (preferences, propensity modeling) or implicit data (behavioral, abandoned browse, basket history, previous purchases).
