jSign

jSign provides a web-based platform where users can upload files, add and edit signature placeholders, sign documents, collect electronic signatures, and track documents from one easy-to-use interface. Four methods to sign: drawing your signature, uploading a scanned image, typing your name, or using a signature pad. The platform is HITRUST Risk-Based 2-Year (r2) certified and HIPAA compliant. Uses blockchain technology to track and timestamp the document every step of the way. Once signed, jSign creates a Certificate of Completion with a record of the signer's IP address, browser, device, and location at time of signing.
