What is Cerner?
Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) was acquired by Oracle in June 2022. The platform delivers an integrated ecosystem covering care delivery, population health, financials, diagnostics, and analytics. It connects care providers, patients, and organizations through a single online portal for easier access to personal health information, bill payment, and team communication. The Millennium platform supports the FHIR standard (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) for modern health data exchange. Cerner holds 22.9% of the acute care market.
