360dialog acts as a WhatsApp Solution Provider, allowing businesses to integrate WhatsApp messaging directly into their applications and workflows. Messages are sent via HTTPS requests to the 360dialog API, which communicates directly with Meta infrastructure. The platform supports message templates, bulk messaging, and compliance with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy requirements. Each WhatsApp Business Account can have up to 250 message templates with multiple language translations.
